REGION 2 NEWS – WELCOME NEW
KO DAN JA !
May 21, 2013: Master Dae Keun Kwon (Standing 3rd from left) of Kwon's Soo Bahk Do in Manhasset, NY travels to attend Master Peter Murray and Master Erik Orella‘s 4th Dan promotion ceremony at Soo Bahk Do HQ in Springfield, NJ.
Region 2 now has 4 new Masters representing the region. They include: Master John Juliano, Master Elaine Phillips (Kwon's), Master Peter Murray and Master Erik Orella.
Congratulations to all new 4th Dan masters from Kwon's Soo Bahk Do!

On Friday, May 3, 2013, Elaine Phillips (pictured below) was promoted to 4th Dan and presented with her certificate by her instructor, H.Y. Kwon, Sa Bom Nim. She traveled to Kumi, S Korea and participated in the 8 day KDJSS in October 2012. Submitted by Mr. John Kim.
