Good afternoon my fellow Ko Dan Ja brothers and sisters and of course Ko Dan Ja candidate Oulashin Jo Kyo.
By now you are half way through your adventurous week. I hope your spirits are high and energy is getting refilled each morning with Moo Pahl Dan Kyum!

Savor each class and training session as soon it will be over and similarly like our summer camp each year you'll be wondering where the week went and how quickly it passed.

Best regards,
Soo Bahk!
Chuck Holland

Hi Sean,

I wanted to let you know we're thinking about your and your progress going through the testing process there. You will be challenged and I know you will stand up to the challenge, and emerge from the other end a stronger warrior.

Remember that if it starts to feel like it's too much, all you need to do is just take a mental step back, a mental deep breath, and go forward again. You will make it.

Good luck, son!

Gene Riggs, Sa Bom Nim, Derek Townsend, Sa Bom Nim, and Luis Anguiano, Kyo Sa Nim, Have a terrific week! Three great representatives of Region 6 who make us all proud!

For all the candidates, remember these lines from a song:
"We'll stand on the shoulders of giants.
And every step follows the one before,
And opens up a new frontier to explore."
You have so many "giants" of our art right there with you this week, a great adventure as you move into the next stage of your training! Enjoy it!
Lauren Higginbotham

Hi Sean,

I know you have waited many years to reach this week. You may be getting tired, but I know you have the strength and stamina to reach the end. There is no better Soo Bahk Do practitioner than you.

Stay strong,

Enjoy this day and this experience! The training will invigorate you, the people will inspire you, and you will give as much as you receive. Your guidance, leadership, and dedication are deeply appreciated.

Your brother and student,

Dear Instructors, Candidates, and Visitors,
What a great kick off to the week this weekend! Have a wonderful experience this week. Keep your focused Moo Do Jaseh, build relationships with each other, and remember to stop and enjoy where you are and where you've come from.

Thank you to all the instructors who taught at Moment with the Masters, so much information, I'm a little overwhelmed! Your dedication to the art and willingness to give of your own time and energy to teach others inspires all of us who are following in your footsteps.
