Announcement From Region 2 Board Director and Regional Examiners: Kick-a-thon Teleconference

Greetings Studio Owners and Instructors,
The Regional Examiners and myself, as your Elected Region 2 Board Director will be hosting a Region 2 Kick-a-thon Teleconference Oct 30, 2013 10 PM EST.
This will be an opportunity for you to ask questions like some that have come up in other teleconferences and to brain storm ideas for making your Kick-a-thon as beneficial for promoting your studio as possible. (refer to P.S.)
- How are top individual studio fundraisers determined for prize awards if several studios combine their Kick-a-thons?
- I am confused, how do donors get their tax deduction receipts?
- Will prizes still be available if I cannot hold a Kick-a-thon until 2014?
- etc.

If for any reason, you cannot attend, it would be appreciated if a representative, from your Dojang, would be on the telephone conference. The purpose of the meeting is to help clarify the goals on the fund raising event (Kick-a-thons For The Moo Duk Kwan®) and new information from the TAC to be presented by your Regional Examiners. If there are any questions, comments or suggestions and/or another specific issue that you would like addressed, please feel free to contact me, or the Region 2 Examiners.
