Hu Kyun In Frank Bonsignore, Sa bom Nim, and Original Charter Member, along with Dan members and various Ko Dan Ja Members from Region 2  met at the Moo Duk Kwan Academy in Liberty, New York.  Joseph Poppo Sa bom Nim and Jo Kyo Nim Dos Santos hosted the training session at the Liberty Moo Duk Kwan Academy Do Jang.  Present also was Cort Stinehour Sa bom Nim, Regional Examiner and Sa Bom Nims' Juliano, Kirby, Perusse, Sachs and Master Bonefont.

Just a lazy Sunday afternoon outside the do jang, but inside the do jang there were junior Dans and Senior Dans and Ko Dan Ja busy moving back and forth during the warm up exercises and the various kicking exercises introduced and taught by Bonsignore Sa Bom Nim.  It turned out to be a fantastic day for everyone there.

Our thanks to Poppo Sa bom Nim for hosting and a special thank you to Bonsignore Sa bom Nim and all the dan members and Ko Dan Ja members who showed up to train with an Original Charter member and Hu Kyun In.  One of the themes discussed during the training was Sun Sok Mi (Speed, Line and Beauty).

Here are some pictures from the training.  Enjoy.
