REGION 2 “NATIONAL CHAMPIONS”
There are lots of words of encouragement and congratulations all over our Region 2 facebook group page, but I thought, Cort Stinehour, Sa Bom Nim said it best… here's what he said:
“I would like to thank everyone who supported this year's Nationals and Dan Leadership Convention. Seeing how so many practitioners came out to support Region 2 teams this year is a true example of what we can do when we support each other! I'm very proud of all of you! SOO BAHK!!”

H.Y. KWON, SA BOM NIM WAS RECOGNIZED AT THE NATIONALS FOR HIS PROMOTION TO 9TH DAN.
F. SCHERMERHORN, SA BOM NIM WAS RECOGNIZED FOR HIS PROMOTION TO 8TH DAN.
P. BARTOLACCI, SA BOM NIM WAS RECOGNIZED FOR HIS PROMOTION TO 8TH DAN.
7TH DAN CANDIDATES DEMONSTRATED THE EXPERIMENTAL SPARRING CONCEPT TO THE MEMBERSHIP AND PUBLIC.
MOO DUK KWAN-A-THON WAS INTRODUCED TO THE MEMBERSHIP AS A NATIONAL FUNDRAISER.
I WAS JUST REMINDED BY MRS. BRICCETTI THAT WE ALSO HAD A “TEEN GOODWILL SPARRING TEAM” FROM REGION 2 THAT ALSO TOOK 1ST PLACE AT THE NATIONALS. MS. CLARK, MR. CLARK AND MR. BRICCETTI, JO KYO NIM. CONGRATULATIONS TO THESE STUDENTS, ALL THREE FROM BARAN'S SOO BAHK DO.
